Home, family and money are Capricorn’s themes for 2027. Saturn, your ruler, and Neptune spend the whole year in your solar fourth house: the first asks for order in your housing, your parents and your roots, and the second makes the home a source of misunderstandings, difficulties and delays, with breakdowns and unclear situations that do not get fixed at the first attempt. Pluto and the North Node in the second house transform your income and the value you place on yourself, Uranus in the sixth house changes the way you work, with unexpected difficulties on the job, and Jupiter, in your eighth house until 26 July, increases shared money, loans and inheritances before it moves into your ninth house, the house of travel and study, which is where the year lets you breathe. On 14 April Chiron moves into your fifth house, the house of love and children.

First decan (22–31 December)

Love

From April the door opens to a new relationship or a marriage. Chiron enters your fifth house on 14 April, trine your Sun, and the Scorpio Full Moon on 21 April, with the Sun trine you from the fifth house, is the first romantic day of the year, in a spring that also brings the good week of 15 to 21 May. The lunar eclipse of 21 February, trine you from the ninth house, is the best day of your year and brings someone from far away, or a trip with the person you love. Take care from 26 November to 8 December, when Mars passes over your Sun and squares Neptune on 1 December: tension at home and misunderstandings with your partner.

Money

Pluto in your second house all year puts money at the centre. The Sun–Pluto opposition on 29 July, after the hard week of 14 to 20 July, brings a reckoning over shared money and loans, and the Pluto–North Node conjunction on 16 November seals a financial decision for years to come: a new source of income, or a new relationship with what you are worth. The Uranus–Pluto trine on 15 June brings income from work that you did not expect, and the Uranus–North Node trine on 1 October brings something similar. The total eclipse of 2 August, quincunx you from the eighth house, asks for an adjustment over an inheritance, a loan or your partner’s money.

Career

January is a month of responsibilities, with Saturn square you from the fourth house until 28 January and the week of 18 to 24 January among the heaviest of the year: your professional image and your home want the same hours. Uranus quincunx you from the sixth house all year brings unexpected difficulties at work, schedule changes and colleagues who leave, with the Sun–Uranus conjunction on 27 May and the Mars–Uranus opposition on 28 October the days of surprises. Your success this year comes from 26 July to 11 September, when Jupiter in Virgo crosses your degrees in trine from the ninth house: a trip, a course of study or a collaboration abroad that works out, with the New Moon of 31 August on Jupiter and the week of 22 to 28 August the best of your year. Mars in your tenth house from 15 July to 1 August brings tension with superiors.

Wellbeing

Home is the source of your tiredness all year, with Neptune square you from the fourth house: breakdowns, damp, issues with parents and housemates that never get cleared up. Monday 22 March, with the Libra Full Moon square you from the tenth and fourth houses and the Sun–Neptune conjunction three days later, is the hardest day of your year, inside the week of 19 to 25 March. Second decan (1–10 January)

Love

The Capricorn New Moon on 7 January falls on your Sun, and the week of 3 to 9 January is among your best: a personal new start that touches your relationship too. Money

From 27 February to 13 April, when Jupiter turns direct on your degrees, quincunx you from the eighth house, be careful with financial dealings: loans, shared money, inheritances and agreements with banks need double-checking until late May, and the Jupiter–North Node opposition on 23 April is the day you do not sign. The Jupiter–Saturn trine on 3 April is the exception, because it settles the housing question through a loan or an inheritance, on terms that hold. Love

The Scorpio Full Moon on 20 May, with the Sun trine you from your fifth house, is a day for love, and Sunday 14 November, with the Taurus Full Moon trine you from the fifth house, is the best day of your year, inside the good week of 12 to 18 November: love, children, creative work. From 21 December Mars is on your Sun, square Saturn on 23 December, and over the holidays it brings tension between your relationship and your family.

Money

Until 26 February money is very difficult. Jupiter in the last degrees of Leo is quincunx you from the eighth house, the Sun–Jupiter opposition on 11 February and the Jupiter–North Node opposition on 22 February set your own money against shared money, and Mars, retrograde in Leo, moves through your eighth house from 21 February to 14 May: loans and debts open up again. From 29 May to 16 July be careful with financial dealings, because Jupiter returns to the same degrees, but the Jupiter–Saturn trine on 12 July is the gift of the year: a property purchase or an inheritance that solves the housing question.
