A grounded look at the transit of the great benefic through its decans, pentads and aspects — and what we can truly expect for the world and for the twelve signs.

My dear friends, there are moments in the sky we await with joy, and Jupiter entering Leo on 30 June 2026 is one of them. But from the very start I want to set things in their proper place, because a great deal has been said about Jupiter. We have heard of exaggerations — that life will suddenly change for everyone, that we will all instantly feel wonderful. And yet, Jupiter usually moves through a sign and many people notice nothing at all. You will meet Cancers who tell you, “Jupiter passed over me and I never felt it.” So let us look calmly at what actually happens.

Jupiter Does Not Rule Leo — and That Matters

The first thing to clarify is that Jupiter does not rule Leo and is not exalted there — its exaltation is in Cancer. Leo is the domicile of the Sun. In Leo, Jupiter keeps points only from the so-called triplicity of fire, as well as from its bounds in the first degrees of the sign. In plain terms, it is a powerful guest in a royal house, but not the host.

From this comes a first, very practical conclusion: those with a night chart will be favoured more. If you were born at night — and especially if you are a Leo of the night — Jupiter in Leo is set to give you far more of its gifts. Jupiter enters Leo on 30 June 2026 and leaves for Virgo on 26 July 2027 — about 391 days in total. Within this period it will also pass through a retrograde phase lasting 121 days: it turns retrograde on 13 December 2026, near the 27th degree and 1 minute, and returns to direct motion on 13 April 2027, at the 16th degree and 59 minutes.

This in itself is significant. Those of you with planets near the 28th degree, and those with planets near the 17th degree — in any sign — may feel an added influence, because that is exactly where Jupiter turns its course and where the charge concentrates.

Equally important is where Jupiter “sits” within the sign. It does not share its time evenly:

• 1st decan (0°–10°): only 46 days, always in direct motion.
• 2nd decan (10°–20°): about 50 days, also direct.
• 3rd decan (20°–30°): around 204 days in total, since the retrograde happens here.

Notice the paradox: Jupiter passes through the first decan of the signs for the briefest time, and yet there it makes the most striking changes and hands out the greatest gifts. In the second decan, the beneficial trine with Saturn falls more often, so there too you receive something. And in the third decan, where it stays the longest, its favour becomes more prolonged and deep — again favouring mostly night charts.

Why the World Changes — the Cosmic Agreement of July 2026

Here I want to be completely honest with you, because it is perhaps the most important point of the whole analysis. The great changes do not come because Jupiter simply enters Leo. Jupiter enters a sign for one year, and all serious statistical research shows that, on its own, Jupiter’s change of sign brings no earth-shaking developments.

What is truly significant is the cosmic agreement of the planets. In July 2026, while Jupiter is in the first degrees of Leo, it simultaneously forms an opposition to Pluto, a trine to Neptune and a sextile to Uranus — all together, at the same time. That is why, although it does not linger in the first decan, an enormous dynamic will arise there. Jupiter comes into resonance with the other planets, and it is this resonance that leads to the truly great changes.

In the background of this picture stands the Saturn–Neptune conjunction at the zero degree of Aries, which already affected us at the start of the year, along with Uranus, which has entered Gemini and forms a trine to Pluto. This is why I say that the summer of 2026 — June, July, August — is the cycle of cycles. If I were a Leo, an Aries or a Sagittarius of the first decan, and especially with planets near the 5th degree, I would do everything to make the most of this cosmic agreement.

The picture culminates with the total solar eclipse in Leo on 12 August 2026 — the first total eclipse visible in Europe since 1999, with Spain strongly affected. And because Spain has a monarchy, and because Leo is the sign of kings, we will see interesting events around figures holding the highest offices. Someone in a high position may be in danger and ultimately escape it.

Jupiter’s Aspects and When Each Decan Feels Them

Let us now look more specifically at the most important aspects, because they play a decisive role and show us which decan and which pentad is affected each time.

The July 2026 cluster (1st decan, P1). Here we have the opposition to Pluto at ~4°26′, the trine to Neptune at ~4°22′ and the sextile to Uranus at ~4°37′, on 20–21 July. It is a revolutionary impulse: changes, reversals, dreams that come true, sudden openings. Favoured mainly are Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, but also Gemini, Libra and Aquarius, especially those with planets near the 5th degree.

The three trines with Saturn (2nd and 3rd decan). On 1 September 2026 (13°41′), on 3 April 2027 (17°08′) and on 12 July 2027 (27°10′). These are among the most helpful aspects: structured expansion and disciplined ambition. Stabilisation, solid foundations, redefinition.

The trines with Chiron (3rd decan, P6). On 2 December 2026 (Jupiter 26°50′ Leo – Chiron 26°50′ Aries) and on 3 January 2027 (Jupiter 26°16′ – Chiron 26°16′). Here Aries, Leo and Sagittarius of the third decan are affected, with healing, the possibility of growth and the realisation of goals. The “wound” is transformed into strength.

The points that require care. The entry square with Chiron on 2 July 2026 (0°23′) is an initial friction for Taurus, Scorpio, Leo and Aquarius of the first days. And the sesquiquadrate with Neptune — on 22 September 2026 (Jupiter 18°05′ – Neptune 3°05′), on 11 March 2027 (18°35′ – 3°35′) and on 8 June 2027 (21°23′ – 6°23′) — calls for care with agreements and the avoidance of illusions, mainly for the end of the fourth and the start of the fifth pentad.

The Pentads: Who Is Affected Most

For those who want greater precision, let us also look at the pentads. The first pentad is affected for 24 days (30 June – 24 July), the second for 22 days (24 July – 15 August) and the third for 24 days (15 August – 8 September). From there the numbers soar: the fourth pentad hosts Jupiter for 117 days, the fifth for 107 days and the sixth for 97 days, precisely because of the retrograde that sweeps these degrees two and three times.

In practice this means that those of you born from 8 to 22 August are the ones who will receive the most persistent processing and the most successes. It is here, after all, that both stations of the planet fall.

With Jupiter in Leo, great care is needed regarding gold and speculation. There will be people who promise you a great deal, and there is a risk of falling into traps. The aim is not to talk about theory, but to touch upon your own chart.
